Louvre Abu Dhabi

It’s no surprise that one of the most exciting

indoor outings also has a bit of a historical

aspect to it. Well, it might come as a surprise

to you, but we actually think a visit to this

museum may be one of the best ways to

spend some good time away from the sun.

At the Louvre’s unique Children’s Museum,

artworks are specially designed to be at a

child’s eye-level and the vibrant space is home

to a host of immersive and interactive zones,

featuring hands-on activities and educational

workshops, too.

Mad Science UAE

If your kids are mad about science, Mad

Science’s sessions will challenge imagination,

creativity and analytical thinking. Young ones

aged four to 12 can take part in activities

themed around a particular area of science

such as electricity, magnetism, optics, biology

and much more.

Workshops are safe, and transport kids to a

world that’s beyond reality.

This entertainment centre takes the idea of

a good time up a notch, with various zones

where kids can experience different types

of play. At the Junior Play area, they can

jump around and dive into the ball pit, but

everything is designed with their development

in mind as well.

At Mega Play, little ones climb, crawl, slide

and scramble. As if all of this wasn’t enough,

there’s also a kids’ gym and salon where

little ones can get pampered with Mum,

and – worry not –all products are non-toxic,

chemical-free, organic and safe.

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is an incredible

indoor theme park, with six fantastic lands

to explore and immerse yourself in. Expect

to rub shoulders with DC heroes such as

Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman as

well famous Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera

characters Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny,

Scooby-Doo and The Flintstones inside the

sprawling space.

The six lands are Gotham City and

Metropolis (where you can follow the story of

DC’s biggest superheroes), Cartoon Junction,

Bedrock and Dynamite Gulch and Warner

Bros. Plaza, which has all the glamour of

old-school Hollywood. There are 29 incredible

rides across all six and loads of places to eat

as well as buy memorabilia, some of which is

unique to the park.
