25ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin, infused with lemon

in 200ml gin for eight to 12 hours)

100ml Schweppes Pink Pepper tonic water
15ml orange blossom water
Pink peppercorns, a dehydrated blood orange
slice and a jasmine blossom to serve
Blend the gin with the tea, then add the blood
orange juice and tonic water, adding the orange
blossom water last to release a beautiful aroma.
Pour over a giant ice cube infused with pink
peppercorns in a glass teacup, with a rim dipped
in crushed pink peppercorns and verbena.
Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice, an
orange or jasmine blossom and five to eight pink

then Illusion Plus is one of the most luxurious yachts currently
in build. The 88.5m Pride Mega Yachts flagship is making steady
progress ahead of a planned launch date later this year and
her broker Y.CO has recently released images to confirm that
she will indeed include a double-height atrium, as previously
hinted at. Her full list of amenities is too extensive to list here,
but it includes accommodation for up to 12 guests and 25
crew, an 80 square metre master suite, a spa and helipad.

designers CRN, Ferretti Engineering Group and Zuccon
International Project. On one side of the scale is tradition
(with a reference to a range of 23m Superconero boats that
CRN built in the early 1970s) and on the other is modernity.
Latona boasts a float-in tender garage, a beach club and
fold-out balconies, as well as a Liberty-style interior design
(the late 19th century Sicilian twist on art nouveau). With an
ocean-crossing range, she will be able to show off this style
