(C. Jardin) #1

setting speed records at that age
deserves a medal. Gary Greenall
I wouldn’t fancy my chances of
keeping a hydroplane in a straight
line at 150 knots at the tender age of
49, let alone in 26 years time! Hugo

Fair question
Can you tell me
which Raymarine
autopilot fits on
a Fairline Targa 47
and what type of
stabiliser would you
recommend, if any?
Minas Mastrominas
Raymarine recommend an Evolution
400 autopilot with a Type 2 hydraulic
pump. As for stabilisers, a Seakeeper
gyro would probably be best for this
size and speed of craft. Hugo
