For Medical Advice, the Coast StationlMRCC will connect you with a doctor so
that you can get the advice required. The Coastguard will move you from Ch 16 to
a suitable working channel. UK Coastguard stations, at the time of writing, have
Simplex channels (like ChlO) only - but are being fitted with new 'duplex' working
channels for Medical Advice calls_
