Don’t worry about the numberof
messagesin Junk Email, it can hold

I’ve hada problem for sometime
concerninga rapidly flickering
screen. It only affects part of the screen,
when I’ve been watchinga full-screen
video andthen switch back to normal.
At this point, the Explorer window
flickers like crazy until Iclick, minimise
or dosomething else with it. This
sometimes happens on startup, too,
in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Clicking Start andthen clicking away
solves it. Is there apermanent solution?

Windows7 tool that was only
provided in Windows10 for the sake
of compatibility. If it isn’t working,
there’s not much that can be doneto
fix it andit may not be supported for
much longer. Windows10 has major
updates twice ayear andthere’s a
new one due soon, which may get it
working again.
There are acouple of alternative
tools you can try, such as Windows
File History, which is useful for
backing up files. Open the Settings
app andclick Update & Security.
Select Backup onthe left andturn onthe switch under ‘Back up using File
History’. You’ll needa USB drive for
storing the backups. Click ‘More
options’if you want to set the backup
frequency– the default is every hour.
