YogaBeez Children’s Area - Stand H14
The OM Yoga Show isn’t just for the adults, it’s a family
show where all ages are welcome
All through the weekend there will be a dedicated space for
children’s yoga, covering all age groups, from babies and
tots right up to teens. This year, the children’s yoga space is
sponsored by YogaBeez Children’s Yoga School (yogabeez.com).
It’s an internationally accredited children’s yoga and mindfulness
training school, that’s been running classes and teacher
trainings since 2005. If you want to introduce your children to
the wonders of yoga, then there’s no better place to do it than
amid the thrill and excitement of the OM Yoga Show.

Sylvia Garcia
Explore the foundations of handstands and their practical
application to a yoga flow with the wonderful Sylvia Garcia. This
workshop takes an acrobatic perspective in order to find a straight
line for a safe and functional practice. Garcia taught herself how to
stand on her hands over many years, but saw a huge change in her
inversion practice when she applied acrobatic technique. Find your
line, find your balance and find yourself moving on up!
Sunday, October 21 (12.15-1.45pm)

Eugene Butcher & Pip Elysium

to the world of AcroYoga, teaching you some of the fundamentals
along the way to build the right foundations ultimately for a
handstand practice. It looks beautiful, performed with great fluidity
and grace, and brings joy to those who see it as well as do it. Plus
it’s fun. Come and experience it for yourself.
