Andrea Kwiatkowski
An advanced jivamukti teacher, Andrea
Kwiatkowski also teaches yin and restorative
yoga. She’s known for her passionate, dynamic
and inspirational style that incorporates both
the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Her
jivamukti workshop at the show (highlighting the
qualities of the deity Hanuman, the monkey god


  • physical strength, perseverance and devotion)
    will help students develop a courageous heart,
    mind and spirit.

Sandra & Sofia Barnes
Mother and daughter team, Sandra and Sofia Barnes, are
an inspiration for all women. Join them for a workshop to
connect you to the gifts of the divine feminine, through a
blissful flow of nourishing movement, visualisations and
affirmations, empowering mantras and mudras. A sensual
journey honouring the sacred Shakti. All participants will
receive a crystal offering from Mother Earth herself, to
remind us that she is always there within us.

Steffy White
Get ready to get loved up. Steffy White will be leading a heart warming yoga
practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself. Expect a balanced
dynamic practice that’ll bring both softness and ease, as well as challenge.
This workshop will be about coming home to yourself. With a big focus on
connection, quality of touch and breath, you’ll find your way home back to the
infinite well that is the heart.

Sabi Kerr
The sensational Sabi Kerr! Join the OM Yoga Show
London 2018 cover star in this session if you’re looking
to work on your splits, or just improve your general
flexibility. This workshop will focus on the hamstrings and
hips, stretching out these areas, and ultimately working
towards the splits. But fear not, it’s suitable for all levels
