Laying the Foundation for
Your Morning Routine
Now that we’ve talked about the importance of each day and
spent time examining when and how to make space for a
growing morning routine, I’d like to introduce you to some of
the core concepts of Hello Mornings and how they can help
you shape a foundational habit.
You’ll remember from the first chapter that Hello
Mornings started with a short twenty- five- page e- book
I wrote called Maximize Your Mornings, and it grew into
a movement. The first online accountability group formed
back in August 2010, and it has grown to include thousands
of women in countries around the world, with hundreds of
volunteer group leaders. While you got the basics back in
chapter 1, I want to delve in more deeply here to expose the
strategies behind the approach that has worked for so many.
