Natasha is self employed yoga teacher based in Devon
(yogaeverafter.co.uk). She’s passionate about teaching yoga
authentically and being totally okay with not being perfect
— both on and off of the mat. A self-confessed teller of dad
jokes and activewear addict, she is trying to bring a sense
of realness to the all too ‘holier than thou’ yoga industry. A
certified teacher of ashtanga, vinyasa and rocket yoga, She
is a true a ‘yang head’ trying to find her ‘yin’ through mindful

Tracy Johnson
Tracy is the founder of Brainbox Coaching
(brainboxcoaching.co.uk) and Empower Yoga, based in
Bristol. She specialises in helping yoga teachers develop
professional business and presentation skills. She is also a
health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
as well as a personal trainer, and holds an additional
qualification specifically in nutrition for weight management.
Tracy is passionate about debunking fads and encourages
her clients to eat well and in balance, and to enjoy food. She
writes on all topics related to yoga, health and fitness and
career development and is a presenter and performer in the
TV documentary series Be Fit Bristol Fit.

Jill is a writer and yoga teacher living in south-west
