  1. What about your cheeks? Are they puffed in a smile
    or relaxed?

  2. Your jaw? Are you clenching your teeth?

  3. How about your tongue? Is it resting away from the roof
    of your mouth, or is it swirling all over?

  4. How about your throat? Can you feel the breath moving
    in and out? Is your neck relaxed?

  5. Check your shoulders. Are they heavy, tight, or relaxed?

  6. And your chest? Is it moving with each breath? How big
    is the movement?

  7. What about your belly? Can you hear any sounds? Notice
    any distress or ease?

  8. And your lower back? Is it strained or content?

  9. Now your hips. Are they tight and stiff? Do you feel pain?
    Do you feel relief?

  10. What about the tops of your thighs? What sensations do
    you feel there?

  11. The backs of your legs?

  12. Your shins? The calf muscles?

  13. Are your feet flexed or relaxed? Can you feel the breath
    there? What else do you notice?

  14. What about your toes? Are they cramped or limp? ❱
