MEDITATION


  1. Focus on sending love to the entire planet. Inhale and
    silently say one of the following mantras.


✦ (^) May everyone be kind and loving.
✦ (^) May everyone be happy.
✦ (^) May everyone be healthy.
✦ (^) May everyone be at peace.



  1. Exhale and send this mantra out into the world.

  2. Continue to repeat this mantra, focusing in on love and
    kindness for all.

  3. At the end, come back to yourself. Repeat the mantra
    once more, using “I.” Then gently open your eyes and go
    back to your day.



Now that you know a lot about yoga, it’s time to hone in on
what you need and want from the practice. Perhaps you’ve
been working on the poses or you’ve started meditating.
Maybe you’ve only read everything and are still trying to
figure out how yoga fits into your daily life. Wherever you are
