DHARANA: The act or practice of concentration.
DHYANA: The act or practice of meditation.
ENDORPHIN: A hormone that produces well-being.
HORMONE: A signaling molecule in the body that regulates
physiology and behavior.
ISVARA PRANIDHANA: A devotion to god or the recognition that
we’re all in this together.
MANTRA: A chant that supports meditation.
