  • If you feel pressure on the frontal hip points and pubic bone, place
    a blanket under that area for comfort.

  • For less intensity, remain in sphinx (page 127), which provides the
    same effects but in a gentler way.

  • To deepen the stretch, bend the knees, bringing the feet in toward
    the body (1).
