RECLINING TEEPEE
This posture is good for all pranayama practices except breath of re
(page 193) and kapalabhati (page 194).
- Start by reclining on your back.
- Spread the feet about the width of the mat.
- Allow the knees to come together to create support.
- Either rest the hands next to the body or place one hand on the
belly and one hand on the chest.
