RECLINING TEEPEE
This posture is good for all pranayama practices except breath of  re
(page 193) and kapalabhati (page 194).


  • Start by reclining on your back.

  • Spread the feet about the width of the mat.

  • Allow the knees to come together to create support.

  • Either rest the hands next to the body or place one hand on the
    belly and one hand on the chest.
