SUPTA BADDHA KONASANA:
RECLINING BOUND ANGLE
This posture is good for all pranayama practices except breath of re
(page 193) and kapalabhati (page 194).
- Start by reclining on your back.
- Bring the soles of the feet together with the toes pointing forward
and the knees opening outward. - Either rest the hands next to the body or place one hand on the
belly and one hand on the chest. - You may place props under the knees for support.
