themachinerunning,addtheoilina slow
andsteadystream.Pulseuntilsmooth.
Next,drainthepasta(butkeep¼ cupofthe
pastaliquid)andputit backinthepotoff
theheat.Immediatelyaddthepestoand
chicken,andstirtocombinethoroughly.
Moistenwithtwotablespoonsofthepasta
waterliquid(ormore,if desired)andserve
immediately,drizzledwitha touchofolive
oilandtoppedwith the cheese and extra
salt to taste.
