beans in the

BERRY NUTTY YOGHURT
Top 85g (1/3 cup) diet vanilla yoghurt with
1 /2 cup mixed frozen berries (defrost if you like)
and 10g chopped walnuts. Serves 1.

EGG AND LETTUCE WRAPS
Mash 1 x 60g boiled egg and combine with 2 tsp
97% fat-free mayonnaise or gluten-free mayonnaise
and freshly ground black pepper. Fill 2 butter lettuce
leaves with the egg mixture. Top with a little chopped
red capsicum, tomato and parsley. Serves 1.
