SERVES 8
500ml (18fl oz) Alpro Soya Vanilla
drink
200g (7oz) quick-cook oats
60g (2oz) brown sugar
60g (2oz) dark chocolate chips
4 tbsp natural peanut butter
a few drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas
Mark 4.
2 Mix the Alpro Vanilla drink, oats,
brown sugar, chocolate chips,
peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt
until smooth.
3 Line a baking dish with baking
parchment. Pour the mixture into the
baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
4 Leave the flapjack to cool before
slicing. Serve at room
temperature.
