■Review and recommend possible options for HR man-
agement software to satisfaction of the CFO.
■Lead systems development initiative to develop an
integrated HR management system to be completed by
year-end.
■Ensure employees receive all tax documentation at
least three weeks prior to government set mandatory
date.
■Attend local Human Resources Association meetings
and present on at least one topic each year.
■Make employee assistance referrals quickly enough to
maximize outcomes.
