4 In a separate bowl, mix

the baby marrows with

thealmondsandchoco-

latepieces.

5 Fold the baby marrow

mixture and dry ingredi-

entsalternatelyintothe

eggmixture.

6 Transfer to the prepared

loaftinandsmooththe

surface.

7 Bake for 50-55 minutes

or until a skewer inserted

into the middle comes

out mostly clean – be-

cause it’s so moist, a little

of the mixture should

stick to the skewer.

Leave to cool in the tin,

thentransfertoa serving

plate.

8 Topping Sift the cocoa

powder over the cake.

Mix the cottage cheese,

yoghurt and sugar and

spoon over the cake. Gar-

nish with berries or other

fruit of your choice.
