and five As (photo dd). Skip the last five As,
lochrosen, drop, and five As, sew back through
the last ten beads in the dangle (photo ee), and
sew between the layers of Ultrasuede, exiting
between the H and surrounding As. Make a few
small stitches, sewing through the top layer of
Ultrasuede only, and end the thread.
9) Working as in step 7, add a new thread at the
tip of one of the other link components. Pick up
four As, a bail, and four As, and sew through the
layers of Ultrasuede from back to front, making
a loop of As to capture the bail (photo ff).
Retrace the thread path through the loop, and
end the thread as in step 8.
10) Repeat step 9 on the tip of the remaining
link component.
11) Cut two 9-in. (23 cm) pieces of chain.12) Open a jump ring, and attach it to one bail
and an end link of a chain. Close the jump ring.
13) Open a jump ring, and attach it to the other
end of the chain and a lobster claw clasp. Close
the jump ring.
14) Repeat steps 12–13 to attach the other chain
to the other bail, and the last jump ring to the end
