To install the highway peg mounts, Todd applies Blue

Loctite to the provided bolts and uses a 3/16" Allen

bit to attach the two pieces to the engine guard. He

torques the bolts to 14 ft-lbs.

The spring washer and RSD footpeg are inserted into

the mount.

For the left-side engine guard, Todd slides the

provided spacers onto the engine guard bolts.

He then slides a washer and bolt through the footpeg

mount and footpeg and secures it using the nut with a

T40 and 9/16" wrench. The bolt is torqued to 16 ft-lbs.

and steps 15 to 17 are repeated on the other side.

Steps 10 to 12 are repeated to install the left-side

engine guard and reinstall the radiator shroud.

Sitting on the bike, Jenny feels a lot more comfortable

with the reach bars and Corbin seat bringing her closer

to the controls. The highway pegs will provide plenty

of long-distance comfort.
