resin conversion and Airfix base kit.The host club, Hailsham and District, had my 1/24 Grumman Hellcat as part of its display - well, I
had to show it off, didn’t I?!
A brightly coloured 1:48 T6 Texan or Harvard in Swedish markings was a striking addition to East
Kent Modellers display.This MiG-17 in Syrian Air Force markings was weathered to depict a hardworked machine. IPMS Farnborough had this very clean Dakota on show built from the Airfix 1/72 in a smart NASA
scheme.
This ‘boneyard’ Vought A-7E Corsair looked in a sorry state! Clever modelling idea from a junior
member on Hailsham and District display in 1:48 scale.
A beautifully finished Falklands era Sea Harrier FRS.1 in 1:48 built from the superb Kinetic kit.
