The practice of mindfulness is at the core of every goodie in these boxes, with themes ranging

from self-love to goal-setting. “Our May Box is about self-love—something we don’t focus

on enough,” says Shelli Ernst, president of Simply Southern Ventures, Inc., which now owns

Mindfulness Box (it originally launched in 2015). In keeping with the theme, May products include

a rose quartz bracelet, rose petal bath balm, rocky rose soap, and rose incense.
