started, and it was a little sort of
cliquey, like high school. You had
the older kids, they hung out more.
Being younger, I’d miss out on
some of the boys’ trips and that
kind of stuff. So now, to all of a
sudden have this connection with
Jason and Ian where we’re men,
we’re equals, we’re married, we
have kids... Back then it was about
what are you wearing and where
did you go and who did you meet.
Now it’s “Who gives a s---?”
It’s like you were going through
some of the things in real life that
your characters were dealing with
on the show back then. Did you have
a role in shaping those characters?
G.C. Before I got pregnant with
my first child, I went to Aaron
[Spelling] and said, “My husband,
Charlie, and I would like to start a
family, and I’d like for you to write
it in that Andrea gets pregnant
