5th//Boli Muentes//F-18A
Earning a static score of 95.833 points, this BVM
plug-and-play (PNP) jet has the Royal
Australian Air Force Airshow Demo scheme, and
is powered by two Jet Central Cheetah 160SE
turbine engines. Weighing in at just under 70
pounds, Boli’s F-18A is controlled using the JR
28X radio system. Boli earned a fi nal score of
189.758 points.

7th//Rob Lynch//F-18
Earning a static score of 97.750
points (the high static score for the
class), this 1/5.5-scale BVM PNP jet
has a span of 85 inches and weighs
54 pounds, with power coming from
a KingTech 260 turbine engine. Rob
fl ew the F-18 using a Spektrum
DX20 radio and earned a fi nal score
of 146.225 points.

4th//Roberto Zelaya//F-16
Earning a static score of 94.167 points,
this 1/5-scale BVM jet (in Texas
Air National Guard “Gunfi ghters”
scheme) is powered by a KingTech 320
turbine engine. Roberto fl ew it using
a Spektrum DX20 radio to earn a total
score of 189.817 points.

Earning a static score of 95.667 points, this
Juniaer 1/6-scale T-27 has a wingspan of 91
inches and weighs 26 pounds. It is powered
by a KingTech 45 turboprop engine spinning
a 20x20 prop. Ralph used JR radio equipment
to earn a fi nal score of 181.367 points.
