The successful taste concept that took off in Kolonaki is
now landing at a new location up north, in Neo Psychiko
to be precise, while at the same time the Farm’s new
Steak House in Kolonaki has recently opened its doors on
number 9 of Milioni street.
Farma Bralou’s two new restaurants follow the philosophy
of its award-winning restaurant in Kolonaki, namely
the "From Farm to Table" motto, which is now even
stronger, since the majority of the ingredients used at the
restaurants are produced at the Farm, while the rest is
supplied by producers in the surrounding area.
Head of the kitchen brigade is Chef Giannis Liokas, who
has created the menus of both restaurants, enriching the
Neo Psychiko menu with brand new dishes, which will
change at regular intervals.
The cooking style is clearly Greek creative cuisine. It
follows a personal, experiential approach to food that
stems from the Chef’s mountainous origins and also
reflects the craggy landscapes around the Farm, which is
embraced by the mountains of the region of Fthiotida.
The Farm rears free-range animals of Greek and foreign
breeds: cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry. The
fodder is produced in the farm, whose fertile fields are
also planted with fruit and vegetables of local varieties,
cereals, etc. Lush fruit trees produce seasonal fruit while
a section of the Farm is planted with aromatic herbs.
