Under the supervision of Chef Giannis Liokas and with the
precious help of vets and agronomists, a wide range of products
will be produced to be used exclusively at the restaurant in
Kolonaki, while a great part of the produce will be available at
the Farm's shops in Kifissia (73 Tatoiou St. & Charilaou Trikoupi
St) and Kolonaki (9 Milioni St), as well as at the new shop in the
Filothei (2 Thrace St & Kapodistriou St). The shop in Kifissia will
continue to prepare freshly cooked take-away food based on the
new Chef’s recipes.

THE NEW MENU

Created by Chef Giannis Liokas, the new menu includes
dishes that highlight the flavours, textures and aromas
of the natural wealth of Farma Bralou. High quality, local
produce, seasonality and true taste are the quintessence of
the dishes offered.

RESTO

The restaurant’s “Butcher's corner” is a meat refrigerator
showcase, where the customer gets to choose the cuts
and the type of roasting. Meanwhile, the "Dish of the Day"
is selected by the Chef and consists of the Farm's “limited
edition” products. Cured meats produced at the farm, cheese
and butter made from the high-quality milk of Fara Bralou,
filo pastry for Greek pies and fresh bread made with the
Farm’s prime cereals, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables,
pasta, and eggs of several kinds of poultry boost taste and
add infinite variety to the new menu.

THE BAR CONCEPT

As part of the overall revamp of the beverage program at the
Psychiko restaurant, the well-known bartender and creator of
Bitterbooze, Yannis Korovesis, goes behind the massive bar
to create extraordinary cocktails and select drinks that match
the food and the mood of the guests. Apart from enriching the
spirits list and creating a robust list of classic cocktails, the
upgrade includes several events such as tastings, pairings,
etc., as well as a new list of cheeses and cured meats to be
served by the Executive Bar Manager himself at the bar.
