p STAGE THREE

In this stage I enhanced the tone. Collectables were added by just

suggesting them with one or two brushstrokes and no detail. Depth of

tone was enhanced around the windows and furniture and I re-toned

(went over again with a thicker mixture of the original tone) some of

the artefacts. Walls and furniture were re-wet with clean water so that

shadows added in the i nal stage could have either soft or hard edges

p STAGE TWO
Here I created the tone – the larger obvious areas of the walls, l oor
and major pieces of furniture were blocked in

 STAGE ONE

I used a rigger brush and leftover paint from the bottom of my palette to

sketch-paint the set-up geometry of the room plus the i replace, tables,

chairs, bookcases and cabinets
