yoga you must keep a track

you’re ready, you can begin


with these poses that are


bound to make you sweat


and detoxify.



  1. BRIDGE POSE
    The pose is excellent for
    toning your neck, spine, and
    chest. If you’re looking to lose
    weight around your upper
    body then this is a fantastic
    pose. Do 3 sets of 20
    repetitions each.
