CUT FABRICS
Cut pieces in the following order.
Designer Jen Shaffer prefers to
make her triangle-squares larger than
necessary, then trim them to size. To do
this, cut 2^1 ⁄ 4 " and 3^1 ⁄ 2 " squares, instead of
the 2^1 ⁄ 8 " and 3^3 ⁄ 8 " squares, respectively,
specified in the cutting instructions.

From solid white, cut:
n 42—3× 41 ⁄ 4 " rectangles
n 3—3^3 ⁄ 8 " squares
n 3—1^3 ⁄ 4 ×3" rectangles
n 12—2^1 ⁄ 8 " squares
From solid dark teal, cut:
n 2—6^3 ⁄ 4 ×42" strips for sashing
n 7—2^1 ⁄ 2 ×42" binding strips
n 2—10^1 ⁄ 2 × 351 ⁄ 2 " rectangles

Deck the halls with a modern winter scene of
snow falling gently on evergreen trees.
