Simply make
1 Trim a piece of foiled black
cardstock down to 12cm
square and gold heat-emboss
the oral image. Ink-blend an
aura of blue and pink inks in
the centre of the panel.
2 Squish out some of the same
inks, add a little water and
add paint to the design, plus
splatter too.

1 Cut a 13cm square of
black cardstock andTo a beautiful person
Again, you can do the heat embossing or
the inking first, it’s just hard to remove the
ink from the heat embossing without losing the metallic
sheen of the embossed designTop tips
3 Once dry, add extra white
gel pen details, followed
by Gloss Simply White
Nuvo Drops and a stamped
sentiment to nish.ink-blend three colours
diagonally across
the square.
2 Place the stencil over
the top, and add ink to
create the image. Go a
bit heavier with the ink so
it stands out more than
the initial ink blending.
3 Once the background
is dry, heat-emboss the
image in the centre with
gold embossing powder.
4 To emphasise parts of
the embossed design,
squish some of the
Abandoned Coral onto
your mat and paint
some of the owers.
Add splatters too.
5 Stamp the ‘TODAY is
your DAY’ sentiment onto
white cardstock, trim
into a square and add
a border, then place in
the centre of the design
when it’s dry. Add white
gel pen and Nuvo Drop
details to nish.
