Sew together rows 1 and 2,

pressing seam away from block

row, to make a short unit. Repeat to

join rows 3 and 4; rows 5, 6, and 7;

rows 8 and 9; and rows 10 and 11,

always pressing seam away from block

row, to make two medium units, one

long unit, and a second short unit.

Referring to Quilt Assembly

Diagram, sew solid white large

setting triangles to ends of short and

medium units. Press seams toward

setting triangles. Join short, medium,

and long units; press seams in one

direction. Add solid white large corner

triangles to make quilt center. Press

seams toward corner triangles.

ADD BORDERS

Cut and piece cream floral 1^1 ⁄ 2 ×42"

strips to make:

▫ 2—1^1 ⁄ 2 × 525 ⁄ 8 " inner border strips

▫ 2—1^1 ⁄ 2 × 505 ⁄ 8 " inner border strips

Sew short inner border strips to

short edges of quilt center (Quilt

Assembly Diagram). Add long inner

border strips to remaining edges. Press

all seams toward inner border.
