Open TV options
Now you simply need to use the Siri
Remote again to select ‘TV’ after which you
will see a host of options related to the Apple
TV app including one that is called Top Shelf.

5

Change the setting
You’ll find the entry next to Top Shelf says
What To Watch. By selecting this, the entry will
change to Up Next. If you’re happy with this,
you can exit the Settings app.

6

See what’s Up Next
Now go back to the Home screen and
use your Siri Remote to select Apple TV again.
The Home screen banner will be showing the
programmes that you are already watching.

Don’t forget: you will need to have tvOS 13.3 or later installed in order to
change the Apple TV content of the Top Shelf.

Remove an item
If you don’t want a programme to
appear in the Up Next list, then
highlight the item in this row and,
after pressing and holding the Touch
surface of the Siri Remote, click
‘Remove From Up Next’.

Watch a show
If you want to watch a programme,
whether from within the Apple TV app
or from the Home screen, then click
and it will begin to play.

Add a show
When you’re browsing shows, you can
click to see more information and click
‘Add To Up Next’ if you want to line it
up in the Up Next section.
