THIS HANDY UTILITY exists as

a menu bar item in Finder that you

can drag files into to share them

quickly or just stash them there until a time of

need. You can add your favourite apps to the

dropdown grid and it comes with a selection

of pre-installed actions, including a URL

shortener and AirDrop integration so you

can drag in files and folders from any app and

share them with other Macs on your network.

The powerful multitasking engine allows

you to run multiple tasks at once and you can

see how they are progressing by glancing at

the animated menu item. It also comes with

a powerful scripting API that allows you to

modify any of the existing actions or create

new ones. It’s a great time-saving device that

is very easy to use.

THIS CASUAL PHYSICS-BASED

fighting game challenges you

to choose a wrestler and climb

the rankings by knocking a succession of

progressively tougher opponents out of the

ring. It all seems hideously random to begin

with; you just float around the screen trying

to bat your rival over the ropes. There are

special moves to be used, however, and clever

movement will allow you to perform Irish

Whips, Power Slams and Pile Drivers to daze

the other wrestler to make deposing them

much easier. Special moves also earn you

coins that you can use to modify the stats of

your wrestler. It’s good fun to dip into but it

needs a two-player versus mode to keep you

interestedforlongerthana fewdays.

A great idea that is executed very well. But it

does require a subscription for the long-term.

Fun for a few minutes but the seemingly

mindless action soon gets boring.
