Stitching this kit
This kit is part of a Cityscapes range,
which also includes Rome, New York and
Paris, all worked in the style of vintage
travel posters. Here you’ll find some of
the most famous London landmarks,
including Big Ben, Tower Bridge and the
London Eye. The colour chart is a delight
to follow and, since the cross stitch is
worked in lots of colour blocks, it’s easy to
switch off and relax while stitching.

Size of finished design

Stitching this kit
This kit pays homage to the most iconic
structure in Rome. As far back as the 7th
century, Saint Bede the Venerable, wrote,
“As long as the Colosseum stands, Rome
shall stand; when the Colosseum falls,
Rome shall fall; and when Rome falls, the
world shall end.” Today the Colosseum
still stands strong and it remains one of
Rome’s most popular tourist attractions.
You’ll enjoy stitching within the mount-
effect border, which is printed onto the
fabric. It reminds us of a postcard, making
an excellent souvenir of your ‘trip’!

Stitching this kit
The magnificent bridge and buildings
in the Czech Republic’s capital city look
glorious in this scene. Such a large kit
demands a large chart, and this one is
printed in colour with whole stitches,
half cross stitch and backstitch.
You’ll use 26 shades of Riolis
thread – a fine wool and acrylic
mix, which gives a wonderful
sheen and texture to the picture.
We love the kit’s zip-up case, too,
helping to keep all your threads
and supplies together safely.
