“Oneof my firstphotography
experienceswasshootingfromthe
topof thecliffhereon theCopper
Coast.I havebeenbackmanytimes
and,on thisoccasion,I madethe
decisionto climbdownto thebeach
tophotographthesebeautifully
formedseastacksfromtheground.
Thebeachitselfis difficultto access
asit is locatedat thebottomof a
steepcliff,coveredwithlonggrass.Thestretchof beachis onlya few
metreslongbutas youcansee,
thereareso manyelementsthat
cometogetherto makeit a perfect
locationforcoastalphotography.

forthisshotas it wastakenjustafter
sunrise.Thelongexposuresmoothed
th e motionof thewavesandallowed
themagnificentnaturalwondersto
reallystandout.

toemphasisetheshadowsand
highlights.Finally,I addedgradient
AdjustmentLayersandthenslightly
increasedthesharpnessof thestacks
tobringouta littlemoredetailin the
