oftheteamdecidedtoputtogethera
spectacularitineraryfortheevent.“Inthe
marqueewe’vegot‘NoLip’,who’llbe
playingtwosets.We’vegot‘Madhouse’
whoIsawatBedlamBreakoutandwe’ve
flowntheminfromBelfast;they’re
differentandthey’reperfectforourdo.

Eventpreparationsinthegroundsofthe
venuehadgotunderwayontheFriday
withthemainmarqueebeingsetupinthe
fieldimmediatelybehindtheHayfield.In
themeantime,theadjoiningfieldhad
beenmadereadyforcampersandby
mid-afternoonkeenevent-goerswere
arrivingandsettingup.
TheofficialopeningtimeforSaturday,
themaindayoftheevent,wasaround
11 am,butby 9. 30 amplentyofscooter
ridersandenthusiasticrally-goerswere
turningup!Mickquicklydirectedthe
teamintoactionandwithinafewminutes

‘meetandgreet’benchsetupatthetop
ofthemainrouteintothevenue.
