TRAILERS PEZZAIOLI

Italian Livestock trailer manufacturer Pezzaioli is

increasing its presence in the UK and has a wide

range of specialist trailers for taking little piggies to

market – not to mention a specialist duck transporter!

talian manufacturer Pezzaioli
specialises in offering a range of
bespoke livestock trailers which it
says are designed to respect
animals in transit.
Although the company Carrozzeria
Pezzaioli was created in 1974, it was
1978 when it applied for its first patent
for its livestock trailers. Today it is a
common sight across Europe and it is
now increasing its presence in the UK
market as well.
The products it sells in the UK
understandably tend to be tri-axle
trailers, but it also offers bodies for
drawbar applications – the latter are
useful for hauliers moving two different
types of animal in one journey.
The trailers are designed to integrate
with extra accessories so as to improve
animal comfort during transport, and
these include automatic drinking

systems, forced ventilation systems,

personalised access ramps, multi-

section floors and dividing gates,

temperature control and GPS monitoring.

Pezzaioli has been making

bespoke livestock trailers

for 41 years

All Pezzaioli trailers are built with

two, three or four movable floors, which

can also be operated by remote control

so as to ease the operator’s work.

Over 40 years of progress

Having served its domestic Italian

market for eight years, in 1986 Pezzaioli

sold its first trailers to customers

outside of its homeland. Since then it

has been expanding its portfolio of

products and its customer base, and is

rapidly gaining a reputation among

hauliers for offering quality livestock
