he’d be a hero in Hope’s
eye.... Eve asks Ted to be
the D.A. He considers it.
FOILED AGAIN
“Nicole” tries to seduce
Brady but he pulls back
because of Eric and leaves.
“Nicole” heads out to find
Xander, but she’s waylaid
by Lani and Eli, who have
questions for her about
Kate’s 911 call. They add
that Xander is asking for a
deal. “Nicole” gets rid of
them. Xander shows up at
Kristen’s door, and decides
to teach her a lesson by
stealing her Nicole mask.
Brady tries to fire
Xander, citing a breach
of his contract. Xander
spins things his way and
Brady backs down. Later,
Sonny and Will reluctantly
thank Xander for providing
Rolf’s diary.
UNMASKED
Gabi and Stefan theo-
rize that Nicole could have
set him up for Kate and
Ted’s kidnapping. Gabi
thinks she can help Stefan
by getting Kate to admit
the truth to her. Gabi grills
Kate about why she’s lying
about Stefan. Kate sticks
to her story. Gabi decides
to confront Nicole.
Kristen calls Xander
and rips him for steal-
ing her mask. He plays a
prank on her by sending
her a Mexican wrestling
mask in its place. Gabi
pounds on “Nicole’s”
door. Kristen is forced to
put on the new mask and
sends Gabi away. Gabi
runs into Brady and shares
her theory that Nicole is
behind the kidnapping.
Kristen goes to the
Kiriakis mansion disguised
as Susan. Will and Sonny
are thrown to see her. She
says she wanted to check
in on Will. “Susan” comes
into the living room and
meets Xander. He figuresout that it’s Kristen and
leaves. Kristen wants
to follow but a shirtless
Brady enters and she is
momentarily distracted.
Once Brady exits, Kristen
goes to search Xander’s
room for the mask, but
ends up in Brady’s room,
where she’s caught by a
towel-clad Brady.
Will and Sonny worry
about “Susan’s” behavior.
They go through her purse
and find a gun.BETTER OFF TED
Kate and Ted discuss
Nicole. During their chat,
Kate becomes faint so
Ted takes her back to her
room. Later, Hope and Ted
meet up and she kisses
him. In her hotel room,
Kate finds herself thinking
about Ted. wDoes Kate feel badly set-
ting up Stefan (Brandon
Barash) to take the fall for
Kristen? Lauren Koslow
says:
“Kate’s been tormented by
Stefan, and there’s been
nothing but negativity
between the two of them.
So, in some ways, she
doesn’t mind doing this
at all.”- Gabi swipes
Xander’s briefcase. - Ciara catches
Ted and Hope
kissing. - Ben faces off
with Rafe.
