Extreme Tribe
● DOCUMENTARY / 9pm / C4
Film-maker Livia Simoka has been living with the
Mbendjele tribe for two months now and feels at home.
But relationships in this remote part of the Congo can
be complicated, especially between the Mbendjeles and
the neighbouring Bantu tribe. The taller Bantus believe
they own their neighbours, and disputes can turn violent.
There’s also trouble within Livia’s host family, as the
unreliable Kengule causes more trouble. HHHJL

look back at history, as well as a glimpse at the future of
space exploration. HHHHLP
