Golfer’s 4th

hole-in-one
A VETERAN golfer has hit
his fourth hole-in-one in
the space of five months.
John Cotterall, 76, hit
perfect scores in March,
April, May and July, and
puts it down to “hitting the
ball fairly straight”.
He added: “I don’t think
I’ll ever achieve anything
similar again in my life.”
John, of Tamworth,
Staffs, bagged all four
scores at Lilleshall Golf
Club in Telford, Shropshire.
The club is checking
with England Golf if it has
been achieved before.

neck. I had to sit with my hand between
my chest and chin so I couldn’t feel it.
“It was time to make a change. I knew
I couldn’t sit holding my chin up forever.”
Kimberley, of Newham, East London,
said getting pregnant at 19 with
daughter Hollie, now 13, sparked her
weight gain. It continued when she had
son Mason, nine, and met partner Matt.
She added: “Looking at photos of us
on holiday left me horrified. I couldn’t
believe how much weight I had put on.”
Hospital worker
Kimberley joined the 123
Diet Drops Programme,
which boosts protein,
vegetables and
healthy fats intake,
and now weighs a
healthier 12st.

CADBURY’S has released a new version
of its classic Dairy Milk chocolate bar
containing 30% less sugar.
A team of 20 scientists has spent three
years working on the top secret recipe
containing a plant-based fibre at the

confectionary giant’s laboratory in
Reading, Berks. A spokesman said it was
responding to “consumer trends”.
Despite the sugar reduction, the new
bars still have 503 calories per 100g
compared with the original’s 534.

Mum loses 5st after fast food battle

AN obese takeaway addict who
could no longer watch TV properly
due to a “tyre of fat” around her
neck has lost more than 5st.
Kimberley Watson, 32, had ballooned
to 17st 6lb after giving birth as she could
not fight her fast food cravings.
The mum-of-two said: “I was eating
lots of greasy food late at night and
around two litres of coke a day.
“I’d skip breakfast so by
lunch I’d feel like I could
make up for it, grabbing a
McDonald’s, pasties
and cakes or
chicken kebabs.
“My eating
habits were out
of control. I’d sit
on the sofa at
night and feel
