This month, we are
concentrating on home life.
l Write down your deinition of what
happiness looks like for you on the domestic
front. Now, focus on how you honestly
feel about your life in this area, then give it
a score; 1 being awful and 10 being brilliant.
l Brainstorm with someone you trust
or hire a coach to igure out ways that
you can improve the score by 3 over
the next four weeks.
l Break it down into baby steps. What
would be a positive step towards
improving your score by 1 point? What
do you need to do to create that?
l What would improve the way you feel
about this area by another point? And
another? What action can you take?
