PREPARATION IS KEY
Many people feel that they spend
too much time in meetings. And that
they have far too many! That’s why it’s
essential to make your meetings more
effective. Before your next meeting,
learn some vocabulary. If you feel
more confident with the language,
your meetings should go more smoo-
thly — and finish faster.

A GOOD MEETING!
For a meeting to be successful, the
objective must clear to all involved.
Ideally, people should come prepared
for the topics of discussion. More
importantly, everyone should leave
the meeting with a clear idea of
what will come next.

WHICH MEETING?
Make sure people know what kind of
meeting they will be having:

● We have a staff meeting tomorrow mor-
ning.
● Let’s have the kickoff meeting in the
afternoon.
● Everyone was at the town hall meeting.
Where were you?
