Directions
- Use a skewer or sharp knife to make several holes in the squash. Place it in the
microwave and microwave it on the highest setting for 8 min.
- Flip the squash and cook it for 12 min until it becomes soft. Place the squash aside to lose
heat.
- Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat the butter in it. Sauté in it the garlic for
45 sec.
- Combine in the spices and turn off the heat. Slice the squash in half then shred it using a
fork or spiralizer.
- Toss the spaghetti squash in a large mixing bowl with the butter mix and cilantro. Serve
it warm.
- Enjoy.
