Directions
- Grease a rice cooker with a cooking spray.
- Stir in the water with rice, cardamom, coriander, salt and pepper. Put on the lid and cook it
according to the instructions of the manufacturer. - Once the time is up, stir in the butter and fluff the rice with a fork. Put on the lid and let it
sit for 12 min. serve it warm with minced lemon. - Enjoy.
