Directions
- Combine salt, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, white pepper, coriander, cayenne
pepper, cumin, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves in a small sized bowl thoroughly.
- Store this in a container that is airtight up to 1 month.
- NOTE: This is a Moroccan spice mix good for meats and is a stable in most Moroccan
