FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIP

SPLIT, CROATIA

A total of 471 participants, with 19 men‘s and 12 women‘s

teams, representing 27 universities and 17 European countries,

took part in the 13

th

edition of the European Universities

Futsal Championship in the coastal city of Split, Croatia.

The competition was organized

by the University of Split

and Split University Sports

Association with the patronage

of the Croatian University Sports

Federation.

Present on behalf of EUSA at the

Rey Juan Carlos University from

Spain won against the National

Pedagogical Dragomanov

University from Ukraine in the

women’s finals, with a victory

of 8-4. The University of Lisbon

claimed the bronze medal after

a 4-2 win against the Norwegian

University of Science and

Technology.

In the closely contested men’s

final, it was the University of
