Andert hopes the youth day
inspires youngsters who may also
one day become a professional Color
the Creek muralist.“I think we’re kind of building a
pipeline of local talent to hopefully
do all these murals,” he said, “so
we have a huge roster of people that
want to do them in the future.”
Visitor to the event, Preston Hicks
said he was intrigued after readingabout the event.
“You could tell that a lot of work
was going into it and a lot of collabo-
ration across the community is going
into it,” he said, “and then to see it
here, manifest, is super.”
