Sept. 16-20 as she continues to bring Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care back
to fully operational. She hopes to soon restore overnight respite and recruit

re-opened in Dec., 2022 and is grow-
ing again with nearly 45 clients (and
counting) enrolled, said Davis.
The Center is designed to provide
social and some health services to
adults who need supervised care in
a safe place outside the home during
the day.
The Center also affords caregivers
respite from the demanding responsi-
bilities of caregiving.
The center provides the following:
Social activities—interaction with
other clients in planned activities
appropriate for their conditions.
Transportation—door-to-door ser-
vice in Calhoun County, at no cost.
Meal and Snacks—clients are pro-
vided with a light breakfast, balanced
nutritional lunch, and an afternoon
snack. Those with special dietary
needs are offered special meals.
Personal care—help with toileting,
grooming, eating and other personal
